Accessing Your SEGi 4u Email Account for the First Time:
Your Email Login/Address: YOURSTUDENTID@segi4u.my ie sukd123456@segi4u.my
Initial Password:$3G!@888 (This is a temporary password. You will be prompted to change it.)- Clear Browser Cache and History: Open your preferred web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.) and clear its browsing history and cache. This ensures a clean login process.
- First-Time Office 365 Login:
- Open a new browser window (do not close this window).
- Go to https://www.office.com/.
- Enter your SEGi 4u email address and the initial password (
$3G!@888). - Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your account, including changing your password. Do not close this window.
- Authenticator Setup (Optional): If you are using a PC or laptop, you may be prompted to set up the Microsoft Authenticator app for added security. If you are using a phone, skip this step for now.
- Accessing SPARK:
- In the same browser window where you logged into Office 365, open https://student-spark.segi.edu.my/v2/.
- Select your campus: SUKD- SEGi University, SCKD - SEGi College Kota Damansara, SUOL - SEGi University Online
- Select "CONTINUE WITH MICROSOFT." Do not enter your username and password in the provided fields. This step will use the Office 365 login you just completed.
